I am Coert Visser, a self-employed solution-focused trainer, coach and author living in The Netherlands (see my Dutch site). For some background, here is an interview with me by Paolo Terni. Through this site I want to inform anyone who is interested about the solution-focused approach to individual and organizational change and anything else that interests me.
I am not trying to convince people through this site or to change their minds. I know not everybody will agree with or will find interesting everything that is one the site.
